Refund Policy Meramec Hockey Club (MHC) Refund Policy 1. MHC will issue a full refund of Fall League Fees prior to participant attending any tryout or evaluation session (less a $50 processing fee) and it is at the sole discretion of the MHC Board of Directors to issue such refund upon request. 2. Raffle Tickets are non - refundable. 3. No refunds will be granted the day of or after the scheduled date of any scheduled MHC skill, conditioning, or goalie clinic. Prior to the date of any such clinic, should any registered participant or their parents request or notify MHC in writing that the registered participant will not be able to attend a skills, conditioning or goalie clinic, then the account holder for the account from which payment was originally made will be credited for the amount of such clinic or the amount will be applied to another clinic upon the request of the participant or parent. All such requests MUST be made in writing to the MHC treasurer at treasurer@meramecsharks.com at least 10 days prior to the scheduled clinic. 4. No refunds will be granted for any MHC spring or summer programs including, but not limited to 4 on 4, Select, 3 on 3 etc. 5. Tryout / Evaluation fees are non-refundable. 6. Processing fees are non-refundable. 7. If a player attends any evaluations and the club cannot place the player on ANY age appropriate club team including 8U or 6U, then participant will be issued a full refund. This does not reflect parental approval of team placement – only if there is not a slot available to place the player. 8. Withdrawal from a team, 6U or 8U program after team selection or placement of a player shall be considered a voluntary decision and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. Any participant who withdraws from any MHC program will be responsible for all outstanding registration fees. Failure to pay will result in the participant’s placement on the Missouri Hockey “no pay” list. Withdrawal after team selection will also result in forfeiture of any volunteer deposit. 9. Failure to pay any outstanding balance to MHC will result in a participant not being allowed to register for any MHC sponsored team, clinic, or evaluation until all outstanding payments are received. Any player with an outstanding balance from any season of play as of June 1st will be reported to Missouri Hockey and placed on the Missouri Hockey “no - pay” list. 10. Any fees that are not paid in full by advertised deadlines will result in late charges. 11. Any and all refunds are subject to MHC Board of Directors approval and discretion.
