Coach the Coaches

The Meramec Sharks are excited to announce our first ever Coach the Coaches training program ahead of the 2026/27 season for all those interested in head coaching a team!!

This interactive training will include an off ice classroom session covering various topics such as; Sharks Way of Coaching, Expectations, Practice Plans, Goaltender development, rules updates, IHS demonstrations, and more. Following the classroom session will be a 90 minute on ice session demonstrating Sharks drills, goaltending, 3 team practice setups, and more. All children (12u and above) of coaches attending the training are encouraged to participate during the one ice session.

In recognition of attending the Coach the Coaches program, all coaches that participate will have their USA Hockey registration fees reimbursed for the 2026/27 season. Space will be limited to the first 20 coaches that sign up for each session. Please only sign up for one session.

Participation is not required, but strongly encouraged for consideration of head coaching a Sharks team for the 2026/27 season.
