• Subject Line Format: Please include the Team Name (e.g., 10U A1 Coach Smith) or Event (e.g., Icenado) in your subject line so we can keep photos organized.
• Photos must be submitted by March 15, 2027 for consideration.

Honoring our oldest Sharks players (birth years 2010, 2011, and 2012 ONLY)!

Make your player's final season unforgettable with a custom yearbook dedication! Celebrate their journey from "minnow" to "shark" by sharing a personalized message alongside two photos—a classic throwback from their early days and a current shot showing how far they've come.

Cost: $10

Requirements: 2 photos (1 throwback/younger photo + 1 current photo) and a short personal message or text from you.

How to Order:

1. Go to yearbook sales website and select "Buy Ads".
2. Then select the "Purchase Only" button below Personal Quarter Page Ad.
3. Email your players name, 2 photos (one throwback and one current), and your personal message (up to 250 characters including spaces) to kcarver.mhc.coordinator@gmail.com.
4. Deadline: All Dedications, text, and images are due by Dec. 31, 2026

We are offering limited business card ad spots in the 2026–2027 Yearbook. With over 250+ books printed and distributed to local hockey families every season, it’s a great way to showcase your business or thank your team!

• Price: $40 per card spot (Layout: 10 cards per page)
• Format: Standard business card size (3.5" x 2" horizontal)
• How to Purchase:
• Go to Yearbook Sales Website and select "Buy Ads".
• Then select "Design Ad" under Business Card Ad.
• Upload a high-resolution image file (JPEG or PNG).
• Click the large green "Save" button on the left.
• Select "Continue & Review" in the upper right corner to finalize purchase.
• Deadline: All sponsor spots and artwork must be submitted by December 31, 2026.



Calling all Sharks players! We’re looking for our Yearbook Mascot of the Year to represent our players and be featured in this season’s official Meramec Sharks Yearbook!

Grab your art supplies and bring your best Shark character to life. The winning design(s) will be published in the yearbook along with their character profile!

How to Enter

1. Draw Your Mascot: Create your custom Shark mascot on a blank 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper. (Pro tip: Bold lines and bright colors scan best for printing!)
2. Name & Personality: Give your mascot a name and 3 key character traits that describe their hockey personality (for example: Lightning Fast, High Energy, Great Teammate).
3. Submit Your Entry: email entries to kcarver.mhc.coordinator@gmail.com and include:

• Subject: Mascot Drawing Contest
• Player Name
• Age Division
• Mascot Name
• 3 Character Traits
• Image of the drawing

Contest Rules

• Eligibility: Open to all current Meramec Sharks players. Artwork must be drawn entirely by the player! (No parents, siblings, or outside assistance, please.)
• Paper Format: Single-sided, vertical (portrait) 8.5" x 11" paper.
• Deadline: Submissions close on October 1, 2026.

We have a limited supply of last season’s yearbook available on a first-come, first-served basis (while supplies last)!
