From St. Louis Lambert International Airport:
Take I-70 West to I-270 North. Take the Hwy 370 West/Missouri Bottom Road exit (#22) and keep left at the fork in the ramp. Proceed approximately 1 mile to the St. Louis Mills Blvd. exit (was formerly Taussig Road exit) St. Louis Mills is directly ahead.

From North St. Louis County:
Take I-270 West to Hwy 370 West. Proceed approximately 1 mile to the St. Louis Mills Blvd. exit (was formerly Taussig Road exit) St. Louis Mills is directly ahead.

From Central/West/South St.Louis County:
Take I-270 North to the Hwy 370 West/Missouri Bottom Road exit (# 22). Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Proceed approximately 1 mile to the St. Louis Mills Blvd. exit (was formerly Taussig Road exit) St. Louis Mills is directly ahead.

From St. Charles County:
Take I-70 East to I-270 North. Take the Hwy 370 West/Missouri Bottom Road exit (# 22) and keep left at the fork in the ramp. Proceed approximately 1 mile to St. Louis Mills Blvd. (formerly known as Taussig Road) exit or take Highway 370 east to St. Louis Mills Boulevard.
