Member Contact Teams (MCT)
for the 2007 - 2008 Season
In an effort to better facilitate communications within Meramec Hockey Club,
Member Contact Teams (MCT) have been formed to work with each level.
Below is a breakdown of the MCT that is available to assist you during the
upcoming season:

Coaching concerns will first be directed to the Coaching Director.

The Coaching Director will forward to MCT should further investigation be
needed.

All concerns from president will be forwarded to MCT.

MCT will investigate each situation and resolve it with member. Should board
involvement be needed, MCT will bring the issue before board.

Club Announces New
Player Movement Guidelines
In response to concerns over handling of player movement between teams after
evaluations, a new player movement guideline has been put in place. In prior
years, there have been concerns expressed over inconsistencies in how these
situations are handled. During the summer of 2003, the Board commissioned a
small committee to draft some guidelines that would provide for a consistent
mechanism to handle these situations. To
